loving my new engraver

Got a good engraver
So I decided to get into laser engraving and picked up one of their Laser Engraver Machines. It was pretty easy to set up, took me maybe an hour or so, and the instructions were clear enough. Decent machine, minor assembly issue
I bought the 4040-PRO CNC Router for my small workshop. The machine itself is quite capable for the price point, and the build quality seems decent enough for hobbyist use. Delivery was surprisingly fast, actually arrived two days earlier than the tracking said, which was a nice surprise. However, one of the smaller screws for the control board housing was missing from the hardware kit, so I had to find a replacement in my own spares. It wasn't a huge deal, but it did hold up assembly for about 20 minutes. Customer service was responsive when I asked about compatible software. Overall, a good purchase but they could improve on quality control for included parts.
